5 star ratingThe Chairman’s Room - simply amazing My wife and I visited the Chairman’s Room upstairs in the Clermont last Saturday and it was simply amazing. This is basically a Michelin Star restaurant that no one has heard of. It seems primarily focused on beef which comes from the owner's farm. Let me tell you it’s well worth a try. A rich amuse Bouche was followed by addictive sweet warm bread, simple and light starters followed by the main event which was amazing! The service is great with professional staff who know their wine’s and gave us an excellent recommendation. 5 stars all the way.

4 star ratingOverall we had a pleasant Overall we had a pleasant experience. Decor and ambience was superb. A couple of things to note though, the overall wait for the starters and main was far too long, we didn’t get finished our mains until after 10:30pm. Luckily we were having cocktails so they were enjoyed while we waited. Mains were also on the colder side but very tasty all the same. At the end of the night we asked if it would be possible to get an Irish coffee and didn’t receive a great response, the waiter basically looked at us like we were total idiots, said she’d ask but it’s highly unlikely and threw her eyes to heaven as she walked away. A simple “I don’t think so but let me double check” and a smile would have been nice and wouldn’t have left a sour taste for us.

5 star ratingVery nice evening We visited the Clermont last night with the 4 of us, table booked for 5 pm until 7pm.
Starters and main courses were beautiful for all for of us, between the fish or steak we could not fault it well presented and very well flavored, with great advice on the wine list and professional table service we had a fantastic night and finished up with a nightcap in the heated beer garden.
