Make Valentine’s Day one to remember with a truly exceptional dining experience in one of Louths most prestigious and historical address.
Wow! Great food in a stunning venue by the sea! Myself and some friends dined in the Clermont Bistro last Saturday. We travelled one hour to visit this new place. I have to say we were blown away by the decor, the food and the friendly team. We reserved our table online which was pretty simple. On arrival we had some pre-drinks in the cool bar and then we went to our table. I had the Braised Bellingham Angus Pappardelle Pasta which was amazing. My friends had the 12hr Braised Short Rib and a Pizza. All of the food was really tasty and we had great fun with the friendly staff.
The new Clermont Restaurant We recently tried out the New Clermont Restaurant, with our friends. We had a drink in the bar while we waited for our table. The young guy that served us our drinks was so welcoming and friendly. We were shown to our table in the restaurant, and the girl went through the menu in detail explaining everything, very helpful. Our meal was beautiful from starters, main course and deserts. The decor throughout is beautiful. Overall a very good experience, looking forward to our next night out in The Clermont.
Fantastic ***** 5 star My husband & I booked a meal in the chairman’s for 8.30pm on Saturday night, The decor is unreal just perfection and the service and meal was as good, just a fantastic night out , the venue, service, food is first class,
Michelin star quality, not one bad point from start to finish, my husband ordered the 36 day aged center cut fillet and it was one of the best steaks he has ever had & cooked perfectly (medium ) I ordered the short rib and it was so so tender I will definitely order it again, the staff was so friendly and you know they just want to make your night out as perfect as possible, the manager called to our table to check several times during our meal to ensure it was as we expected ( thanks ) their was 3 female staff that greeted us , showed us to our table & waited on our table during our visit & all so so friendly & professional at their job starting with paying compliments to what I was wearing , just really nice young ladies.
This is what Dundalk needed a top quality restaurant, if you’re going to eat out and looking for a 5 star experience this is it.
Next Saturday we will be taking our family out to try the bistro.
